Traveler questions
Airport shuttle FAQ
Straight answers on BUF pickups, flight timing, and luggage for your Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls shuttle.
Where do I meet my driver at BUF?
Pickup is at the meeting point directly outside baggage claim at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Your driver will confirm the exact spot before your flight lands.
What if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book. We track arrivals and coordinate your pickup time, so a delay can be adjusted without starting a new request.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring standard checked and carry-on bags. Tell us your bag count when you book, and we will confirm vehicle space for your luggage and any car seats.
